Digitally Justified Technologies Inc. acquires CWSHosting.net
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the hosting
division of CWS LLC by Digitally Justified Technologies
Inc. (DJT Inc.). Effective immediately, hosting clients
from CWS LLC will be merged with DJT Inc. This is an
advantageous move for all, as DJT Inc. has more resources
with benefits that will be directly passed to you –
the customer. 24x7 technical support and a knowledgeable
staff ready to tackle any question you might have.
First off, we believe that you should always get what
you bargained for (and then some); therefore, this acquisition
will not affect any current hosting plans or pricing.
Existing clients will remain on the same packages, with
the same price tag. However, there will be changes to
the billing system. Customers of CWS LLC are currently
being invoiced using ClientExec software. This will
be changed to ModernBill software. Also, instead of
making payments to CWS LLC, your credit card statements
will now read DIGITALLY JUSTIFIED. We will make notice
of this on your invoices to ensure clarity.
Secondly, I’d like to take this opportunity to
inform you all of some changes that will be affecting
you directly. We’ll be upgrading the server equipment
for all shared and reseller hosting clientele. Thus,
over the next 1-2 weeks, accounts will be transferred
to brand new Dual Xeon servers instead of the single
chip Celeron and Pentium 4 servers currently in use.
This will enable proper sharing of resources and ensure
quality and reliability remains priority number one.
We’re very excited about this new opportunity
and look forward to serving CWS LLC hosting customers
as we strive to better ourselves in the hosting community.
